Stop by to speak with Gabriel Smith, your local Medicare insurance agent with Desert Insured. Whether you have questions about your current Medicare coverage, upcoming changes, prescription drug coverage, or would like to understand the Medicare options available to you, I’ll be happy to help.

During the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, October 15 through December 7, eligible Medicare beneficiaries have an opportunity to review their coverage and make certain changes for the upcoming year.

Reserve Your Consultation Time

To help reduce waiting during this busy Annual Enrollment season, Gabriel Smith of Desert Insured is accepting reservations for consultation times at CVS Indio.

Clients who reserve a consultation time will have that time reserved for them. Please keep in mind that consultations may occasionally run a little longer than expected, so we ask that you allow for a possible wait of up to 15 minutes while I finish assisting a client already in progress.

Whenever possible, consultations will be kept to 30 minutes or less so I can give each client the attention they need while staying on schedule and making time for everyone.

Please Come Prepared

Being prepared will help us make the most of your consultation. Please bring or have available:

• Your red, white & blue Medicare card, including your Part A and Part B effective dates
• Your driver’s license or state-issued ID
• Your current health insurance card
• An updated list of your prescription medications, including dosage and frequency whenever possible
• Your Annual Notice of Change, if you have received one
• Your preferred payment method, if you select a plan that has a premium
• Your completed Scope of Appointment, whenever possible

Complete Your Scope of Appointment

Before an applicable Medicare sales appointment where we discuss specific Medicare plan options, I am required to document the products you have agreed to discuss through a Scope of Appointment (SOA).

Completing a Scope of Appointment does not obligate you to enroll in a plan or make a change to your current Medicare coverage.
